How a rescue works
- Free first look. Tell us what you use and what is going wrong. For a database or forms rescue, a list of tables or a few screenshots is enough at this stage.
- Fixed written quote. We say what we will move, what the new version will do, and the price. Nothing starts until you agree.
- Build and check. We build the new version, move a copy of your data and check record counts with you.
- Switch over. You use the new version side by side with the old one until you are happy. Then you switch.
What we do not do
- We do not break into or copy other companies' software. We work from your own data, your own screens and your own source code, if you have it.
- We do not keep your data after the job. Copies used during the work are deleted at handover.
- We will not sell you a rebuild you do not need. If a small fix keeps the old tool working for years, we say so.
Questions
Is my Access database too big or too messy?
Size is rarely the hard part; the hidden logic in forms, queries and macros is. Before quoting, we list every table, form, report and macro with you, so nothing is missed.
Can I keep using my AI builder after the rescue?
Yes, if you want. You can keep the builder for drafts and use the rescued site as the live one. We explain the trade-offs in plain English before you decide.
Where will my new system run?
On hosting in your name, or on your own computers if your data must stay in the office. We agree this in the quote.
Do you work outside the US?
Yes. We work remotely with small businesses in the US, the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe, by email and video call.
