Pro Web Developers ("we") runs prowebdevelopers.com. You can reach us at [email protected].

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no fonts or scripts from other companies. The contact form does not send anything to us: it opens your own email app with a message for you to send.

Our hosting provider

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, such as your name, business and web address. We use it only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a free site check or concept. We do not sell it or share it for marketing. We keep it only as long as needed for your enquiry and any work that follows, and delete it on request.

Free site checks

When you ask for a check, we look at the public pages of the website you send us. We do not log in to your site unless you give us access for agreed work.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the UK or EU GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within one month.

Changes

If we add tools that collect data, such as analytics, we will update this page first.
