KSeF invoice viewer: read Polish e-invoices in English

or drop it here

How it works

  1. Get the invoice as an XML file. Your Polish supplier can send it, or you can download it from KSeF or your accounting software.
  2. Choose the file above, or drag it onto the page.
  3. Read it in English: seller, buyer, items, VAT rates, payment details and notes.
  4. Print it or save it as a PDF with "Print / save as PDF".

It reads Polish structured invoices in the FA(2) and FA(3) formats. It also checks that the item totals add up to the VAT summary and the amount due.

What is a KSeF invoice?

KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is Poland's national e-invoicing system. Invoices are XML files with a fixed structure, and the binding invoice is the one in KSeF. According to the Ministry of Finance timetable, large firms joined on 1 February 2026, other businesses on 1 April 2026, and the smallest firms join on 1 January 2027 (source: ksef.podatki.gov.pl). So more and more foreign buyers receive these files.

Frequently asked questions

Is my invoice uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read in your browser. The page switches off all network connections (Content-Security-Policy connect-src 'none'), so it cannot send anything.

Is the printout or PDF a legal invoice?

No. The legally binding invoice is the XML in KSeF. This page shows a readable version of it.

Can I look up an invoice by its KSeF number?

No. Get the XML file first, from KSeF, your accounting software or your supplier, then open it here. The page does not connect to KSeF.

Are names and item descriptions translated?

No. Only the field labels, VAT categories and payment terms are translated. Names, item descriptions and notes are shown exactly as written on the invoice.
